OEM Workflow Process
1. Initial Consultation
Discussion of requirements, design concepts, quantity needs, and project timeline. Technical feasibility assessment and initial quotation.
2. Design & Specification
Detailed technical specifications, material selection, and design refinement. Pattern development and production planning.
3. Sample Development
Production of initial samples for approval. Approximately 7 working days lead time with revision cycles as needed.
4. Production Agreement
Finalization of specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms. 50% deposit required to commence production.
5. Manufacturing
Full production with quality monitoring at each stage. Regular updates on progress and any potential adjustments needed.
6. Delivery & Support
Final inspection, professional packaging, and delivery. Ongoing support for reorders and potential design modifications.
